Ο άντρας είναι η συνείδηση και η γυναίκα η ενέργεια. Ο άντρας καθορίζει το που βάζουμε την προσοχή μας και η γυναίκα όλα όσα διαδραματίζονται μέσα μας. Κάθε φορά που η συνείδηση εισχωρεί μέσα μας και συναντά την ενέργεια δημιουργείται ένας χορός μεταξύ αυτού του ζευγαριού.
Ο τρόπος που εκφράζεται ο άντρας στην ζωή μας είναι μέσα από την δράση, την σκέψη, τον προσανατολισμό και την τάξη. Η γυναίκα μας αντιθέτως είναι η σχέση μας με το συναισθημα και γενικότερα το σώμα, η άφεση, η απολαυση και το χάος.
Σε αυτό το εργαστήρι θα γνωρίσει ο ένας τον άλλον, θα μάθει νέους τρόπους επικοινωνίας, θα αγαπήσει ο ένας τον άλλον και θα γίνουν ένα!
Όταν αυτοί οι δύο αγαπηθούν τότε αλλάζει όλη μας η ζωή! από την ανάγκη περνάμε στην ανεξαρτησία, από την μάχη στην ειρήνη και από τον φόβο στην αγάπη!
